A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure an appointment. A booking is only confirmed once the required payment has been received.

The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Same-day appointments are subject to availability and require immediate payment.

Rescheduling requests must be made at least three days before the appointment and remain subject to availability.

A 15-minute grace period is provided. Late arrivals may attract a R300 late fee, and arrivals more than 30 minutes late may require a new booking or additional payment.

Selected house call appointments are available from R2,000 for hotels, venues, private residences and other approved locations. Travel costs are quoted separately.

Group bookings are available by quotation depending on the number of clients, location and required completion time. Requesting a quote does not hold a date.

Yes. Bridal makeup, bridal trials and selected bridal party bookings are available.

Clients should arrive with a clean face unless otherwise advised and should communicate any allergies, sensitivities or relevant skin concerns before the appointment.

Fixed-price studio appointments are confirmed only after the 50% deposit is successfully paid. The client then receives a confirmation email. Quote requests do not hold a date and are reviewed before availability and pricing are approved.
